Khadija Gayibova (May 24, 1893 Tbilisi-October 27, 1938 Baku) a.k.a. Khadija Osman bey qizi Gayibova or Khadija Muftizadeh was an Azerbaijani pianist and teacher.

Khadija Gayibova was born in Tbilisi, Georgia in 1893. She showed an early interest and talent in music, particularly in playing the piano. She began her formal musical education at the Tbilisi Music College and later attended the Tbilisi Conservatory. After completing her studies in Tbilisi, she moved to Moscow to continue her education at the Moscow Conservatory.

Gayibova's career as a pianist and teacher took her to various cities in Azerbaijan and Georgia, including Baku, Tbilisi, and Batumi. She was known for her exceptional talent as a performer as well as her dedication to teaching young musicians. In addition to her work as a pianist and teacher, Gayibova also composed music and published several works for piano.

Tragically, Gayibova's promising career was cut short by her untimely death. In 1938, during the height of Stalin's purges, she was accused of being an enemy of the state and sentenced to death by firing squad. Her execution was part of a larger campaign to eliminate perceived threats to the Soviet regime, which resulted in the deaths of countless innocent people.
