Stan Rogers (November 29, 1949 Hamilton-June 2, 1983 Hebron) a.k.a. Rogers, Stan was a Canadian singer and singer-songwriter.

Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Stan Rogers grew up in a musical family and started playing guitar at a young age. He later became known for his unique, rich baritone voice and storytelling style of folk music. Many of his songs showcase Canadian history and culture, with a focus on maritime traditions and working class life.

Rogers gained a devoted following in Canada and internationally, and has been considered one of the greatest Canadian songwriters of all time.
