Lautaro Murúa (December 29, 1926 Tacna-December 3, 1995 Madrid) a.k.a. Lautaro Murua was a Chilean screenwriter, film director and actor.

He died as a result of lung cancer.

Lautaro Murúa's career in the film industry began in Argentina in the 1950s, where he acted in numerous films such as "El jefe" (1958) and "El secuestrador" (1958).
