Ratko Buljan (April 21, 1943 Runovići-May 29, 1989 Zagreb) a.k.a. R. Buljan was a Croatian actor.

He graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb and went on to become a prominent figure in the Croatian theater scene. He starred in numerous plays, including works by Shakespeare, Ibsen, and Chekhov. Buljan was also a well-known film and television actor, appearing in more than 40 movies and TV shows during his career. Some of his most notable roles include Matanić in "The Glembays" and Arif Hikmet in "Walter Defends Sarajevo." Buljan received several awards and recognitions for his work, including the Vladimir Nazor Award for lifetime achievement in acting in 1988. He tragically died of a heart attack at the age of 46.
