In 2010, he returned to the Czech Republic to play for FK Baumit Jablonec, where he helped lead the team to a third place finish in the league. However, tragically, he passed away just two years later at the age of 32 due to a heart condition. Despite his short life and career, Drobný is remembered as a talented and dedicated player, and his legacy continues to live on in Czech soccer.
