Olaf Wieghorst (April 30, 1899 Viborg-April 27, 1988 El Cajon) was a Danish painter, actor and soldier.

Wieghorst was known for his depictions of cowboys and Western landscapes. He spent much of his life in the United States, where he served in the United States Cavalry and later the Marine Corps. In addition to his art career, Wieghorst also appeared in several films and television shows. He was a member of the Cowboy Artists of America and his work has been exhibited in museums throughout the country. Wieghorst died in El Cajon, California at the age of 88.
