Sylvia Kristel

Sylvia Kristel (September 28, 1952 Utrecht-October 18, 2012 Amsterdam) a.k.a. Kristel, Sylvia or Sylvia Maria Kristel was a Dutch singer, actor, model and memoirist. She had one child, Arthur Kristel.

Sylvia Kristel rose to international fame in the 1974 French erotic film "Emmanuelle," which became a cultural phenomenon and was one of the highest-grossing French films ever made. She would go on to star in several sequels to the film as well as many other international movies. Kristel was also a successful model and appeared on the cover of several magazines such as Playboy, Penthouse and Marie Claire. She released a memoir entitled "Nue" in 2006 detailing her life and career, and her battles with drug addiction and cancer. In her later years, Kristel focused on painting and photography, and her artwork was exhibited in galleries in Amsterdam and Paris. She passed away in 2012 at the age of 60 after a long battle with cancer.

Hetty Blok

Hetty Blok (January 6, 1920 Gelderland-November 6, 2012 Amsterdam) also known as Henriƫtte Adriana Henriƫtte Adriana or Blok, Hetty was a Dutch actor.

She was best known for her role as Aadje in the television show "Ja zuster, nee zuster" in the 1960s. Blok started her career in theater, working for the cabaret group "The Lurelei" before transitioning to television and film. In addition to her acting work, she was also a noted singer and performed in several musicals. Blok was awarded the Order of Orange-Nassau in 2008 for her contributions to Dutch culture. She passed away in Amsterdam at the age of 92.

Will van Kralingen

Will van Kralingen (October 1, 1951 Nijmegen-November 9, 2012 Amsterdam) was a Dutch actor.

Van Kralingen made her debut in 1980 with the role of Agaath in the film "Spetters" by director Paul Verhoeven. She was also known for her stage work, and won the Best Actress award at the Dutch Theatre Festival in 1993 for her role in the play "Tantalus" by Joost Schwartze. Van Kralingen appeared in numerous films and TV shows throughout her career, including the Dutch TV series "Vrouwenvleugel", which was popular in the 1990s. She was also a voiceover artist, lending her voice to several documentaries and Dutch versions of foreign films.
