Ben Piazza (July 30, 1933 Little Rock-September 7, 1991 Sherman Oaks) also known as Benito Daniel Piazza was an American actor and writer.

He began his acting career on stage, appearing in productions such as "South Pacific" and "A Streetcar Named Desire." Piazza also had a successful television and film career, appearing in popular shows like "The Twilight Zone" and "The Fugitive." He received critical acclaim for his role in the film "The Hanging Tree" alongside Gary Cooper. Apart from acting, Piazza was also a writer and published his book, "The Exact and Very Strange Truth," in 1964. Additionally, he taught acting classes at the University of Southern California. Piazza passed away at the age of 58 due to AIDS-related complications.
