Balla Moussa Keïta

Balla Moussa Keïta (November 27, 2014 N'Gara, Ségou-March 6, 2001 Bamako) a.k.a. Moussa Kéïta, Balamoussa Keïta, Moussa Keita or Balla Moussa was a Malian actor and comedian.

He began his career as a comedian, performing in theaters and on television in Mali. He gained widespread recognition for his role in the popular Malian TV series, "The Adventures of Missé Mille Dollar." Keïta went on to appear in several Malian films such as "Finye" and "Kaira." In addition to his acting career, Keïta was also a talented musician and played the ngoni, a traditional West African string instrument. He was known for promoting Malian culture and was actively involved in community development projects throughout his career. Keïta passed away in Bamako in 2001 at the age of 86, leaving behind a legacy as one of Mali's most beloved performers.
