Dennis Roldan

Dennis Roldan (December 8, 1960-) a.k.a. Mitchell Gumabao, Denis Roldan or Mitchel Gumabao is a Filipino actor. He has six children, Marco Gumabao, Michele Gumabao, Katrina Gumabao, Margarita Gumabao, Mitchell Gumabao Jr. and Marielle Gumabao.

Aside from being an actor, Dennis Roldan is also a retired professional basketball player who played for the Tanduay Rhum Masters and Purefoods Hotdogs in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) in the 1980s. In 1983, he was crowned as the Rookie of the Year and was widely regarded as one of the best shooting guards of his time.

However, in 1990, Roldan's basketball career was cut short after he was convicted for kidnapping a Filipino-Chinese boy and was subsequently sentenced to life imprisonment. He spent 13 years in prison before being released on parole in 2009. After his release, Roldan turned to acting and made a comeback in the Philippine entertainment industry.

In 2012, he became embroiled in controversy again when he was arrested for illegal possession of firearms and drugs in a buy-bust operation conducted by Philippine National Police.
