He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas and pursued a career in the entertainment industry, beginning as a production designer in various films and TV shows. He later moved on to directing and writing screenplays, where he took on a variety of genres including drama, action, and comedy.

Some of his notable works include the films "Bagets 2" and "Galawgaw," and the TV shows "Kadenang Rosas," "Impostora," and "All My Life." His talents as a production designer also earned him recognition and awards from various award-giving bodies in the Philippines.

Don Escudero passed away in 2011 at the age of 55 due to complications from diabetes. He is remembered for his significant contributions to Philippine cinema and television.
