Johnny Delgado (February 28, 1948 Manila-November 19, 2009 Quezon City) also known as Juan Marasigan Feleo, Juan Feleo or Josenaldo Mikael Delgado was a Filipino actor and writer. He had two children, Anna Feleo and Ina Feleo.

Delgado was known for his outstanding performances in Filipino movies, television shows, and stage plays. He appeared in more than 120 films during his career, including "Batch '81," "Burlesk King," and "Bayaning 3rd World." Delgado was recognized for his extraordinary acting skills and received numerous awards, including Best Actor at the 1980 Gawad Urian Awards for his role in "Kisapmata."

Aside from acting, Delgado was also a notable writer. He wrote several scripts for films and television shows, such as "Itim," "Minsa'y Isang Gamu-Gamo," and "Kampanerang Kuba." Arroyo served as the Congressman of the 5th district of Negros Occidental from 2004 until his death in 2012. Prior to that, he also served as a Congressman from the same district from 1992 to 2001. He was a member of the Nationalist People's Coalition political party.

Aside from his political career, Arroyo also owned several businesses, including a shipping company, a sugar plantation, and various real estate properties. He was also a sports enthusiast and owned several racehorses.
