LeRoi Antoine (January 1, 1903 Port-Margot-December 21, 1990 Los Angeles) was a Haitian actor.

He began his acting career in Haiti, and later moved to New York City where he acted in several plays on Broadway. He is also known for his roles in Hollywood films such as "Island in the Sun" and "The Comedians". In addition to his acting career, LeRoi Antoine was a writer and a poet. He wrote several plays and books which were published in Haiti and the United States. LeRoi Antoine was born in extreme poverty and had to drop out of school at a young age to help his parents with their farm work.
