He was best known for his performances in the British television series Danger Man and The Prisoner, as well as for his roles in films such as Escape to Athena and The Evil of Frankenstein. Elès began his career in Hungary before relocating to the UK in the 1960s. He was a versatile actor who played a variety of roles throughout his career, often portraying suave and sophisticated characters with a dark edge. In addition to his work in film and television, Elès was also a respected stage actor, appearing in productions in London's West End and at the National Theatre. He passed away in London in 2002 at the age of 66.

Ernö Rapée

Ernö Rapée (June 4, 1891 Budapest-June 26, 1945 New York City) also known as Erno Rapée, Ernö Rapée, Rapée, Ernó Rapee or Erno Rapee was a Hungarian film score composer, conductor, composer and music director.

Ernö Rapée emigrated to the United States in 1919, where he began a successful career in the film industry. He became the music director for the famous RKO Pictures, composing original scores for films and conducting the studio orchestra. Rapée was also a prolific composer of concert works, including symphonies and operettas. In addition to his work in Hollywood, he was a frequent guest conductor for major orchestra across the United States. Despite his success, Rapée's life was tragically cut short when he died of a heart attack at the young age of 54.
