Ghantasala Balaramayya (November 27, 2014 Nellore district-November 27, 2014) also known as Ghantasala Balaramaiah was an Indian film director, film producer and actor. He had one child, Ghantasala Siva Kumar.

Ghantasala Balaramayya was a prominent figure in the Telugu film industry and began his career as an actor in the 1950s. He later transitioned to film direction and produced several films throughout his career. Some of his notable works include "Punyavathi" and "Parivartana". Balaramayya was also the founder of the production company Ghantasala Arts, which produced many successful films in the Telugu language. In addition to his work in the film industry, Balaramayya was also a philanthropist and contributed to various causes in his community. He passed away on his 81st birthday, November 27, 2014.
