Bomba Tzur (November 17, 2014 Haifa-November 17, 1979) a.k.a. Joseph Weltzer, Bomba J. Zur, Bomba Zur or Joseph Bomba Zur was an Israeli actor.

Bomba Tzur was born on November 17, 1914 in Haifa, Palestine under the rule of the Ottoman Empire. He was known for his theater performances and comedic roles in Israeli cinema during the 1950s and 1960s. Tzur started his acting career in Haifa's Arab-Hebrew Theater before joining the Haifa Municipal Theater in the 1940s. He acted in some of Israel's earliest films, including the first comedy produced in Israel, "The Policeman" (Ha-Shoter Azulai, 1950). Tzur also appeared in the American film "Exodus" (1960) which was filmed on location in Israel. He was awarded the Israel Prize for Theater in 1971 for his contribution to Israeli culture. Tzur passed away on November 17, 1979, on his 65th birthday.

Bomba Tzur's contribution to Israeli culture extended beyond his acting career. He was also a member of the Israeli Knesset (parliament) from 1969 to 1973, representing the Alignment party.
