Habib Wali Mohammad (February 11, 2015 Yangon-September 3, 2014 Los Angeles) a.k.a. Habib Wali Muhammad was a Pakistani singer. He had two children, Rizwan Wali Mohammad Tabani and Nadeem Wali Mohammad Tabani.

Habib Wali Mohammad was known as the "Ghazal King" and was considered one of the most respected and renowned Ghazal singers of Pakistan. He was born in Yangon, Burma (now Myanmar) but his family relocated to Mumbai, India during his early childhood. Habib Wali Mohammad started singing at the young age of nine and received formal training in music from his father and Ustad Latafat Hussain Khan.

In 1949, Habib Wali Mohammad migrated to Karachi, Pakistan after the partition of India and Pakistan. He soon started his professional singing career and released his first album in 1953. He gained immense popularity for his soulful and melodious voice and was known for his renditions of classic Ghazals of famous poets such as Mirza Ghalib and Faiz Ahmed Faiz.

Apart from his singing, Habib Wali Mohammad was also a successful businessman and owned several businesses throughout his life. He was awarded the Pride of Performance by the Government of Pakistan in recognition of his contributions to the field of music.

Habib Wali Mohammad passed away in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 90, after a prolonged illness. His legacy as a Ghazal maestro continues to inspire and influence newer generations of musicians and fans alike.
