Perepeczko was a graduate of the Theatre Academy in Warsaw and began his acting career in the 1960s. He gained popularity through his roles in several Polish films such as "Hydrozagadka" (1970), "Vabank" (1981) and "Kingsajz" (1988). He also appeared in numerous television series, including the popular detective show "07 zgłoś się" (1976-1987), where he played the role of Captain Sławomir Borewicz. In addition, Perepeczko was a voice actor, dubbing foreign films and TV series into Polish.
