While Gralla was primarily known for her supporting roles, she did have a few starring roles in films such as "Ein Lied klagt an" and "So Ein Mädel vergisst man nicht". After the end of World War II, Gralla returned to Berlin and continued to work in German films until her retirement in the 1960s.
