Steve Plytas

Steve Plytas (January 9, 1913 Istanbul-December 1, 1994 Surrey) otherwise known as Phokion Stavros Plytas was a Turkish actor.

He was of Greek descent and appeared in over 100 films and television shows. Plytas was most notably recognized for his roles in the James Bond films "From Russia with Love" and "Thunderball." He also appeared in the British sitcom "Fawlty Towers" as the character Mr. Spiro. Aside from acting, Plytas was also an accomplished musician who played the bouzouki and piano. He passed away in Surrey, England at the age of 81.

Nubar Terziyan

Nubar Terziyan (March 16, 1909 Istanbul-January 14, 1994 Istanbul) also known as Nubar Alyanak was a Turkish actor.

Terziyan was of Armenian descent and began his acting career on stage in 1928. He later transitioned to film and made his screen debut in the film "Sonsuz Rüya" (Eternal Dream) in 1944. Throughout his career, Terziyan acted in over 200 Turkish films and is known as one of the pioneers of Turkish cinema. Some of his notable films include "Vurun Kahpeye" (Shoot the Whore) and "Susuz Yaz" (Dry Summer). Terziyan was recognized for his contributions to film and was honored with several awards including the Golden Orange Lifetime Honorary Award in 1992.
