Helen Flint (January 14, 1898 Chicago-September 9, 1967 Washington, D.C.) was an American actor.

Flint began her acting career in Chicago, performing in local theater productions. She soon moved to Hollywood and began appearing in silent films in the early 1920s, often playing supporting roles. Her breakout role came in 1925's "The Sporting Venus", which led to more prominent roles in films such as "The Midnight Express" and "The Sorrows of Satan".

In the 1930s, Flint transitioned to talkies and continued working steadily in films for the next two decades. She appeared in over 50 films throughout her career, including "Blockade", "The Law West of Tombstone", and "Queen of Outer Space". Flint was known for her versatility as an actor, portraying a range of characters from a femme fatale to a kindly grandmother.

Outside of acting, Flint was active in the Screen Actors Guild and served on its board of directors in the 1940s. She retired from acting in the mid-1950s and lived out the rest of her life in Washington, D.C.
