He is best known for his work with the Motown label in the 1960s, where he was part of the songwriting and production team known as Holland-Dozier-Holland (HDH). Some of the most famous songs he co-wrote during this time include "Baby Love" and "Stop! In the Name of Love" by The Supremes, and "Reach Out I'll Be There" by The Four Tops. After leaving Motown in the 1970s, Holland continued to work in the music industry as a producer and songwriter, collaborating with artists such as Bonnie Raitt, Michael Jackson, and Elton John. He was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1988, along with his HDH collaborators Eddie Holland and Lamont Dozier, and into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 as part of the Motown group.

Carol Plantamura is an American soprano known for her performances in opera, oratorio, and recital formats. She was born on February 8, 1941, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her music degree from The Peabody Conservatory of Music at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and continued her vocal studies with Margaret Harshaw.
Plantamura has performed leading roles in several major opera houses including The Metropolitan Opera, New York City Opera, and The Lyric Opera of Chicago. Some of her notable roles include the Queen of the Night in Mozart's The Magic Flute, Gilda in Verdi's Rigoletto, and Despina in Mozart's Così fan tutte.

Roy Lee Ferrell
Roy Lee Ferrell (August 26, 1941 Roanoke Rapids-) also known as Roy Lee Ferrell, Jr, Lee R. Ferrell, Lee Ferrell or Roy Lee Ferrell, Jr. is an American musician, film score composer, saxophonist and keyboard player. He has two children, Will Ferrell and Patrick Ferrell.
Roy Lee Ferrell got his start in music as a saxophonist and keyboard player, playing with various bands in the 1960s and 1970s. In addition to performing, he also became involved in composing music for film scores. He has worked on the scores for a number of popular movies, including "The Waterboy," "Night at the Roxbury," and "Kicking & Screaming."
Despite his success in the music industry, Ferrell's son, Will Ferrell, is much better known to the general public. Will is a well-known actor and comedian, and has appeared in numerous hit films and TV shows. Despite their different career paths, Will and his father remain close, and have even worked together on a few projects over the years.
In addition to his work in music, Roy Lee Ferrell is also an advocate for Alzheimer's research. He has spoken out about his personal experience with the disease, as his mother suffered from Alzheimer's for many years before passing away. Ferrell is committed to raising awareness about the disease and supporting efforts to find a cure.
