Erika Amato (December 7, 1969 Plainfield-) is an American singer and actor.
Erika Amato is best known for her work on Broadway, appearing in productions such as "Fame," "Dreamgirls," and "Diva Diaries." She has also toured extensively in national and international productions of "Hairspray," "Legally Blonde," and "Saturday Night Fever."
In addition to her stage work, Amato has also made appearances on television shows such as "Law and Order: SVU" and "Guiding Light," as well as in films including "The Stepford Wives" and "Every Little Step."
She has also released several albums as a singer-songwriter, including "Sketches and Ghosts" and "Eternity." In 2020, Amato released her latest album, "Simple Days," which features a mix of original songs and covers.
Alongside her performing career, Amato is also a dedicated voice teacher and vocal coach, working with students of all ages and levels.
