He started his career as a theater actor, working in various plays and companies in Argentina. Tacholas then transitioned to the film industry, appearing in more than 50 films between the 1940s and 1980s. He is known for his roles in films such as "Novios para las chicas" (1959), "El gordo catástrofe" (1977), and "La carpa del amor" (1983). Tacholas was also a television actor and had a long-running character on the popular Argentine TV show "Los Campanelli." In addition to acting, he was also a renowned comedian and impersonator, known for his unique characterizations and sense of humor. Tacholas passed away in Buenos Aires in 1991 at the age of 81. He is remembered as one of the most prominent actors in Argentine cinema history.
