Ian Rilen (August 12, 1947 Bendigo-October 30, 2006 Melbourne) also known as Rilen, Ian or Ian William Rilen was an Australian musician and songwriter.

Rilen was best known as the bassist for the Australian rock bands Rose Tattoo and X. He was also a founding member of the punk rock band Sardine v. Rilen was considered one of the most influential figures in the Australian music scene, known for his raw and powerful bass playing style. In addition to his work as a musician, Rilen also co-produced and mixed a number of albums for various Australian artists. He sadly passed away at the age of 59 after a battle with bladder cancer.
