Prince Pedro Luiz was a member of the imperial family of Brazil, as he was the grandson of the last emperor of Brazil, Pedro II. He was also known for his passion for aviation and earned his pilot's license at the age of 19. He worked as a pilot for the Brazilian airline TAM before his untimely death at the age of 26 in a plane crash in the Atlantic Ocean. Despite his young age, he was considered to be a promising member of the Brazilian royal family and a beloved figure in the country.
