Here are 2 famous actors from United Kingdom died at 41:
Kenneth Halliwell (June 23, 1926 Bebington-August 9, 1967 Islington) was a British writer and actor.
He died in drug overdose.
Kenneth Halliwell is primarily known for his relationship with playwright Joe Orton. The two met in 1951 while studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and went on to live together for 16 years, until Halliwell murdered Orton and then committed suicide.
During their time together, Halliwell and Orton collaborated on several comedic plays and novels, including the notorious "The Boy Hairdresser," which spoofed pulp fiction novels of the time. Halliwell also worked as a librarian while Orton gained fame as a playwright with works like "Loot" and "Entertaining Mr. Sloane."
Halliwell struggled with mental illness and depression, exacerbated by his fear of being overshadowed by Orton's success. After he murdered Orton, he left a confession note and then committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning using a gas oven. The two are buried together in the same grave. While their relationship was often tumultuous, their work remains a significant part of 1960s British theater history.
