Stuart Cable

Stuart Cable (May 19, 1970 Aberdare-June 7, 2010 Llwydcoed) was a British drummer.

Cable founded the band Stereophonics with Kelly Jones and Richard Jones in 1992. He played drums for the band's first three albums, including their breakthrough hit "The Bartender and the Thief." In 2003, Cable was fired from the band due to personal differences with Kelly Jones.

After leaving Stereophonics, Cable formed his own band, Killing for Company, and also pursued a career as a radio and TV presenter. He hosted the BBC Wales show "Cable TV" and appeared on various other programs.

Cable tragically passed away at the age of 40 due to respiratory failure caused by alcohol intoxication. He is remembered as a talented musician and a beloved figure in the Welsh music scene.
