Severina Teneva

Severina Teneva (September 30, 1945 Sofia-November 12, 1983 Sofia) was a Bulgarian actor.

She graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia in 1969 and started her career at the National Theatre "Ivan Vazov". One of her most famous roles was playing the lead in the Bulgarian film "A Nameless Band" in 1971. She was also an accomplished stage actress, performing in many plays throughout Bulgaria. Severina Teneva was known for her natural acting style and her ability to connect with audiences emotionally. Unfortunately, her life was cut tragically short when she died at the young age of 38 from cancer. Despite her short career, she left a lasting impression on Bulgarian cinema and theatre.
