Xingli Niu (November 25, 2014 Beijing-December 31, 2009 Beijing) also known as Niu Xingli was a Chinese actor.

He began his acting career in 1933 and appeared in over 100 films throughout his career. Niu Xingli was known for his performances in classic Chinese films such as "Street Angel" and "The Goddess". He was a skilled actor who was able to portray both comedic and dramatic roles with ease. Outside of acting, Niu Xingli was also a talented painter and calligrapher. He was recognized in China as a National Class One Artist and was awarded the prestigious Plum Blossom Prize for his contributions to Chinese theatre. Despite his success, Niu Xingli remained humble and dedicated to his craft until his passing in 2009.
