Paul Lewitt (August 30, 1895 Czech Republic-September 11, 1983 Weimar) was a Czech actor and film director.

He began his career in theater and later moved into film, appearing in over 50 films throughout his career. He is best known for his roles in the films "The Shop on Main Street" and "Marketa Lazarova." Apart from his work as an actor, Lewitt also directed a number of films, including "The Key," "White Disease," and "Guest of the Last Inn." He was a prominent figure in Czech cinema during his time and was awarded the Order of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, the highest civilian honor in the Czech Republic, for his contributions to the industry. Lewitt's legacy continues to influence Czech cinema, with many of his films still being celebrated and studied today.
