Lilian Harvey (January 19, 1906 Hornsey-July 27, 1968 Juan-les-Pins) a.k.a. Harvey, Lilian or Helene Lilian Muriel Pape was an English singer, actor and dancer.

In addition to her career in entertainment, Lilian Harvey was also known for her work as a humanitarian. During World War II, she worked with the Red Cross to help refugees and victims of the conflict. She was also a vocal advocate for the rights of women in the industry and was involved in the formation of the Association of British Film Artists. Despite her success in Germany, where she starred in many popular films, she was forced to flee the country during the Nazi regime due to her Jewish heritage. After the war, she returned to France where she continued to work in entertainment and remained active in humanitarian causes until her death in 1968.
