Jüri Krjukov

Jüri Krjukov (September 5, 1954 Tallinn-October 18, 1997 Tallinn) a.k.a. Yuri Kryukov or Yu. Kryukov was an Estonian actor.

He graduated from the Tallinn State Conservatory and began his acting career at the Vanemuine Theatre in Tartu. Soon after, he became a member of the Estonian Drama Theatre in Tallinn, where he spent most of his career. Krjukov was known for his versatility and ability to play a wide range of characters, from comedic to dramatic roles. He appeared in several films, including "The Last Relic" and "The Heart of the Bear". Krjukov was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Estonian SSR in 1989. He died in 1997 at the age of 43 due to complications from diabetes.
