Frank DiLeo (October 23, 1947 Pittsburgh-August 24, 2011 North Lima) also known as Frank Michael DiLeo or Frank Dileo was an American actor.

However, he was best known for his career as a music executive and manager. DiLeo rose to fame in the music industry during the 1980s, when he managed the career of superstar Michael Jackson. He played a pivotal role in Jackson's success, negotiating record-breaking deals and managing his tours. DiLeo also appeared in several of Jackson's music videos, including "Beat It" and "Liberian Girl". In addition to his work with Jackson, DiLeo managed the careers of other high-profile artists like Prince and Bon Jovi. He also had a brief acting career, appearing in films like "Goodfellas" and "Wayne's World". DiLeo passed away in 2011 at the age of 63.
