Kevin Sharp (December 10, 1970 Redding-April 19, 2014 Fair Oaks) also known as Sharp, Kevin was an American singer.

Kevin Sharp was born in Redding, California, and grew up in Weaverville. He was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, at the age of 19. During his battle with cancer, he underwent experimental treatments that helped save his life, but also damaged his vocal cords. However, he never let his illness slow him down or discourage him from pursuing his dream of becoming a singer.

Sharp's debut album, "Measure of a Man," was released in 1996 and peaked at #24 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. His hit songs from the album included "Nobody Knows" and "If You Love Somebody." He went on to release several more albums throughout his career, including "Love Is" in 1998 and "Make a Wish" in 2005.

In addition to his music career, Sharp was also an advocate for cancer research and a motivational speaker. He founded the Kevin Sharp's KICKIN' It Foundation to support other young people battling cancer. Sharp passed away in 2014 at the age of 43 due to complications from past stomach surgeries.
