Tito Arévalo (March 29, 1911 Tondo-December 4, 2000 Philippines) also known as Tito Arevalo, Eustaquio Ilagan, Eustacio Ilagan or Eustaquio Ylagan was a Filipino actor, musician, film score composer, screenwriter and conductor. He had three children, Robert Arevalo, Cora Ylagan Evangelista and Deanna Ylagan Rathbun.

Tito Arévalo started off his career in music as a member of the jazz group "The Philippine Masters" during the 1920s. He later composed music, conducted scores and acted in several films during his career in the entertainment industry, which spanned over six decades. Some of his most notable works include the musical score for the award-winning film "Juan Tamad Goes to Congress" and his acting roles in "Anak Dalita" and "Sa Paanan ng Bundok". In addition to his successful career in entertainment, Arévalo was a World War II veteran and served in the Philippine Army Signal Corps. He was also a devout Catholic and remained active in his church until his death.
