Inday Badiday (August 6, 1944 Manila-September 26, 2003 Quezon City) also known as Lourdes Jimenez Carvajal, Ludy Carvajal or Ate Luds was a Filipino journalist, presenter and actor. She had three children, Dolly Anne Carvajal, Ricky Carvajal and Clara Palomo.

Inday Badiday was a pioneering figure in Philippine broadcast journalism in the 1970s and 1980s. She was the first woman to anchor the evening news on the country's biggest network, ABS-CBN. She went on to host "Eye to Eye with Inday Badiday," a popular magazine show that tackled human interest stories and current events.

Aside from her work in journalism, Badiday also ventured into acting, appearing in several films and television shows. She was also a writer and published a book, "What's in a Name?", which discussed the meanings and origins of Filipino names.

Badiday's death in 2003 was mourned by many in the Philippine media industry, as she was remembered for her pioneering work as a female journalist and broadcaster.
