He is most known for his roles in French comedies such as "Le Gendarme de Saint-Tropez" and "Les Grandes Vacances". Sim's career also extended to television, where he appeared in several popular French TV series. His talent for comedy made him a beloved figure in French entertainment and he was awarded the Legion of Honour in 1991 for his contributions to French culture.
