Isabelle Caro (September 12, 1982 Aubergenville-November 1, 2010 Paris) was a French model and actor.

Isabelle Caro is best known for her advocacy in promoting awareness of anorexia nervosa. Her modeling career began at the early age of 13, and she was featured in several advertisements for notable companies such as Benetton and Nolita. Caro suffered from anorexia for over 15 years and became the face of the radical campaign “No Anorexia”. This campaign used shocking images of her extremely underweight body to call attention to the dangers of the disease. Caro passed away in 2010 at the age of 28 due to complications from anorexia.
