Bad News Brown (May 8, 1977 Haiti-February 11, 2011 Montreal) a.k.a. Bad News Brown, Paul Dumas Frappier or Paul Frappier was a Haitian singer, rapper, entertainer and musician. His child is called Izaiah Frappier.

In addition to his music career, Brown was also known for his appearances on reality television shows, including "The Entertainer" and "Canada's Got Talent".
