Malikarjuna Rao (November 27, 2014 Anakapalle-June 24, 2008 Hyderabad) also known as Mallka Arjun, Mallikharjunarao, Mallikarjuna Rao or Battala Satti was an Indian actor.

He started his acting career in the 1950s and appeared in over 100 films across Telugu and Tamil cinema. He was recognized for his roles in films such as Samsaram, Maya Bazaar, and Gundamma Katha. Rao was also a proficient stage actor and director, having directed and acted in plays like Laila-Majnu and Anarkali. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 2004 for his contributions to the Indian film industry.
