Nike Ardilla (December 27, 1975 Bandung-March 19, 1995 Bandung) a.k.a. Raden Nike Ratnadilla was an Indonesian musician, actor and supermodel.
Her albums include Bandung Rock Power, Gadis Foto Model, Seberkas Sinar, Bintang Kehidupan, Nyalakan Api, Matahariku, Biarkan Aku Mengalah, Biarkan Cintamu Berlalu, Sandiwara Cinta and Mama Aku Ingin Pulang. Genres she performed: Rock music, Blues and Heavy metal.
Nike Ardilla started her music career at a young age, releasing her first album "Seberkas Sinar" in 1989 at the age of 14. She quickly rose to fame in Indonesia with her powerful vocals, rock and roll style, and rebellious image. She became known as the "Rock Indonesia Queen" and won many awards throughout her career.
Aside from her music career, Nike Ardilla also dabbled in acting and modeling. She made her acting debut in the film "Ku Tak Percaya Kamu Mati" in 1990 and went on to star in several other films. She also worked as a model, appearing in numerous magazines and advertisements.
Tragically, Nike Ardilla's life was cut short when she died in a car accident on March 19, 1995 at the age of 19. Despite her short career, she remains a beloved icon in Indonesia and her music continues to be popular to this day.
