Louis Walsh (August 5, 1952 Kiltimagh-) also known as Michael Louis Walsh or Michael Louis Vincent Walsh is an Irish talent manager, actor and impresario.

He is best known for his work as a judge on the British television show, The X Factor, and for managing several successful boy bands such as Boyzone and Westlife. Walsh got his start in the music industry in the 1980s, managing the Irish boy band Boyzone. He later went on to manage other successful acts including Girls Aloud and Ronan Keating.
