De Luca began her career as a theatre actor and later moved on to film and television. She appeared in over 80 films and TV series during her career, and some of her notable works include "The Italian Job" (1969), "Assassinio sul Tevere" (1979), "La Casa delle donne" (2003), and "L'onore e il rispetto" (2006).
In addition to her acting work, De Luca was also a renowned voice actor. She dubbed the voices of many famous actresses in Italian versions of Hollywood films such as Sophia Loren, Elizabeth Taylor, and Gina Lollobrigida.
