Redmond Phillips (June 5, 1912 Reefton-November 3, 1993) a.k.a. Redmond Bernard Phillips was a New Zealand actor and writer.

He is best known for his role as Dr. Harold "Pom" Pomfrey in the Harry Potter film series. Phillips was also a prolific stage actor and performed in numerous productions with the New Zealand Players Theatre Company. As a writer, Phillips published several plays and novels, including his memoir "A Life on Stage". He was awarded the Order of the British Empire in 1976 for his contributions to the arts. Despite his success, Phillips remained a humble and dedicated performer until his retirement in the late 1980s.
