Kang Hong-Sik (December 9, 1902 Pyongyang-October 9, 1971) was a North Korean actor. He had two children, Kang Hyo-sun and Kang Hyo-shil.

Kang Hong-Sik was a prominent figure in the North Korean film industry during the mid-twentieth century. He started his acting career in the 1920s, appearing in various silent films. Later, he acted in feature films, which included important works such as "The Tale of Chun-hyang" (1941) and "The Flower Girl" (1972).

Kang Hong-Sik was also known for his career as a stage actor. He worked at the National Theater of North Korea, and his performances earned him numerous awards and recognition. In addition to his acting career, Kang Hong-Sik was also a film director and a writer.
