Grethe Kausland (July 3, 1947 Horten-November 16, 2007 Oslo) a.k.a. Kausland, Grethe, Lille Grethe, Grethe Nielsen Kausland, Grethe Nilsen or Lille was a Norwegian actor and singer.

Born in Horten, Norway, Grethe Kausland grew up in a musical family and began her career as a child singer. She quickly became a popular performer and gained national attention as a member of the duo "Lille Grethe og Teddy" in the 1960s. Kausland also participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1972 and 1974, representing Norway, and released numerous albums throughout her career.

In addition to her music career, Kausland was known for her acting roles, including in the popular Norwegian children's show "Jul i Skomakergata" (Christmas in Shoemaker Street) and the feature film "The Pinchcliffe Grand Prix." She also worked as a television presenter and voice-over artist.
