She began her career in the 1930s and acted in numerous films, stage productions, and television shows throughout her life. Despite being Jewish, she continued to act during World War II under the German occupation, which was considered dangerous and risky. Her signature role was the leading character in "The Doll" in 1968, which won her many accolades and awards. She was also a beloved teacher, teaching at the famed National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw, Poland. Later in life, she was recognized with many honours for her contribution to Polish theatre, including the Order of Polonia Restituta, Poland's second-highest civilian award. Feldman passed away in 2007 at the age of 90, leaving behind a significant legacy in Polish cinema and theatre.
