Berglund started playing the piano at a young age and later studied at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. He has written music for various films, television shows, and theatrical productions, and has worked extensively with Swedish artists such as ABBA and Björn Skifs. In addition to composing, Berglund has conducted numerous orchestras both in Sweden and internationally, including the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra.
