Friedrich Ettel

Friedrich Ettel (June 8, 1890 Zürich-March 12, 1941 Berlin) was a Swiss actor.

He began his acting career in the theater and later transitioned to film in the 1920s. Ettel appeared in over 70 films, including some silent film classics such as "The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari" (1920) and "Metropolis" (1927). He was also known for his roles in German expressionist films. Despite his success, Ettel's acting career was cut short due to the rise of the Nazi party in Germany. He was expelled from the German Actors' Association in 1933 and struggled to find work afterwards. In 1941, Ettel committed suicide in Berlin.

Thierry Van Werveke (October 23, 1958 Geneva-January 12, 2009 Luxembourg) also known as Thirry van Wervike or Thierry Van Werveke was a Swiss actor.

He began his career in theater and eventually transitioned to film and television, appearing in over 60 productions throughout his career. Van Werveke was best known for his roles in "The Fisherman and His Wife" (1986), "L'Inconnu dans la maison" (1992), and "Kalt ist der Abendhauch" (2000), among others. In addition to his acting, he was also an accomplished voice actor, dubbing various films and television shows into German. Van Werveke passed away in 2009 at the age of 50.
